4 Steps to Your Epic Wedding Weekend:

Step 1 - Schedule your in-person tour of The Conrad Mansion (or if you live out of town, watch a virtual tour here!) - then tell us all about your wedding day vision! We’ll show you all the possibilities to make it a reality.

Step 2 - Save the Date by emailing us at conradmansion1@gmail.com with your name and first and second choice dates ~ in case your first date just got booked. The planning fun begins! Our online planning guide with wedding professionals vetted and approved by previous Conrad Mansion couples is a great resource to begin your planning journey. Whether you live near or far, our dedicated team will help you find your perfect vendors, guide you on decor and design, and make sure every detail creates a thoughtful and welcoming experience for all of your guests.

Step 3 - Bring your friends and family to our monthly “Booked Couples Open House”. With your wedding date approaching, finalize your outdoor ceremony location, and decor, and be reassured with your weather backup plan. (We’re one of the only Iowa venues with dedicated indoor space always kept available just for you!)

Step 4 - Your dream wedding weekend is here…and it feels more like a vacation than a stressful event! My fiancé (at the time) and I were wanting a destination wedding. After conducting research it just wasn't possible. Then I stumbled onto the Conrad Mansion… This venue blew our minds. It was wonderful to have the ability to sleep over 40 people in one house and have both our families under the same roof for 3 nights to get to know each other. It brought our families close, as we didn't get to do many family events. The wedding venue itself was beautiful as well and it allowed us to have our dream wedding of friends and family coming together. … The wedding and stay at the mansion was beautiful and amazing and we loved the opportunity to allow our families to bond in a way I don't think we would have at any regular venue.

We chose Conrad Mansion as the majority of our guests were traveling from out of state, including our wedding parties, so it was really important to us to be able to spend a whole weekend with everyone. All of our guests absolutely loved it and all of our friends have even talked about us booking it for the future as an anniversary get-together! So many places for beautiful photos. So many ways to customize it to how you want. They even have sheep there which is unique, and we loved that chairs, tables, outdoor games, etc. were included. We’ll be reminiscing on this weekend for the rest of our lives.
